Another grown up and gorgeous daughter of my friend Shellie from Huntington - this is the second wedding for their family this year. I had the honor of shooting Tiffany & Brandon’s engagement and wedding this past spring… and now it’s Megan & Danny!
Megan & Danny live in the Cincinnati area and I went to them for this shoot. Before we headed out to Ault Park for photos in the beautiful fall color, we stopped by their new house in Loveland. They had just closed on it the day before and were busy painting since their wedding is just around the corner. Megan wrote on the wall with paint in one room that was due for a new coat - one of my favorite shots from the day.

What a FUN couple! It was good to see Erica & Brad again… I first met them several years ago when Brad’s brother Ryan married Kim (see photo below). This family is a lot of fun ~ their reception is sure to be a blast!

When the rain put a damper on our plans to shoot at the Columbus Zoo, we headed to The Franklin Park Conservatory - we could get a beautiful “outdoor” feel in the photos while staying dry inside! Bonus: the rain stopped so we shot outside too. It was hard to choose which photos to post here of Courtney & Josh… we had fun roaming around enjoying the Conservatory - lots of photos! Enjoy.

After Lynn and Doug's afternoon wedding/reception, they treated their family and friends to a Clippers Game. The evening started out raining, but after a few innings we had crazy bright sun and a faint but beautiful rainbow!

It was such a pleasure to meet and photograph this family! It is obvious how much Melissa & Jimmy love their new little boy Nicholas. Melissa was so laid back and in tune with her little guy. She is a really sweet person - and definitely the most patient new Mommy I’ve met. Jimmy was full of kisses for his boy, and when he pulled him up face to face to talk - he had Nicholas’ full attention - it was so cool to watch their interaction.
